  I totally agree with the negative comments. We were delayed in Melbourne sufficiently that we missed a connecting flight to Copenhagen and so lost one night of prepaid accommodation. Allianz claim the airline should look after their planes better. Steer clear of this lot.

  I have been a customer of Allianz for a number of years with a car insurance policy. I have made a couple of minor claims which were all dealt with seamlessly. Just recently I cancelled my policy as I sold our second car but forgot to do it until a couple of month after. Their customer service team were very understanding and upon sending my proof of sale, refunded the full amount. I will move my other car to Allianz when the renewal is due next month. 10 out of 10
