I find it really surprising that some people give a 1 star rating but no comment, it wouldn't surprise me if they were disgruntled agents peeved their fat commissions are in threat. I had a fantastic experience with buy my place selling above the price suggested by the local agents and I saved over $20,000! Not many opportunities come up to save this much. The service was excellent. I have also searched properties for sale and I say respectfully say to Ellis that perhaps he should un-tick surrounding suburbs. When I did this I had no issue. I say 'Go buy my place!!! 'I will not sell any other way. RIP traditional real estate agents
