Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT)

I was the applicant and the judge was totally racist with me. She didn't listen to me and even insulted to me. She was favoring to the respondent. And then after Fed up I said to her that I want to withdraw the case as she was not making judgement properly which was a kind of slap on her. She talks very rudely and even said that this is australia not America. I Want to to say too many things but she didn't gave any chance . She was giving lecture for 30 minutes. I wad thinking whether I am at VCAT learning centre or justice department.
