  Thank you to Anisu for all your help in getting me the perfect suit and arranging a hem shortening within the hour.
  
  Massive kudos to Benjamin who, 8 minutes before closing time, rushed over to my hotel to bring my new trousers to me, after I had left them at the store when I went to pick up my suit!
  
  To David Jones HQ: the Five Stars above belong to these individuals, however, it has to be said that stress could be avoided if you stock trousers that are the right length to start (I'm two inches taller than the average Australian man - there shouldn't be any reason to shorten trousers - but even if you do, this should be a free, and instant, service. You'd no doubt benefit from the additional sales.)
