Donegans Accountants

I used Donegans to lodge my tax return in 2016 and BAS in 2017. For a service that's more expensive than average, I expected - at the very least - good communication about my accounts. Instead, I ended up with an expensive ATO payment plan - with no warning - and penalties on my ATO account. My accountant did not even try to negotiate on my behalf with the tax office, and I got a much larger invoice than I expected for this privilege. I would not recommend for sole traders or freelancers.
