  I have read lots of negative reviews and wanted to post a positive as my experience started off bad (due to lack of communication) but ended in excellent communication and assistance especially from Joy... People are so quick to be negative and having worked in customer service it is so nice to be thanked so thank you Joy you escalated my issues pertaining to the early release of my super, you just called like you said you would to let me know my funds were transferred across at 9am this morning into my account so I don't need to worry any more... I was so tired of staff saying they would call back and then didn't, but you kept your word...Thank you for wonderful customer service
