    I've used all of the larger agencies and I have to say I just wasn't that satisfied when using knight franks leasing teams (Both Retail and Office).
    I have a few CBD assets that I wont let Knight Frank Lease or manage.

    I had the misfortune of dealing with your leasing "Executive" Jemma. Quite possibly one of worst business encounters I have ever experienced. This person has no concept of what is appropriate behaviour in a corporate environment. A persistent sense of grandiosity manifested in a tendency to belittle members of my staff whenever the mood took her. I also found some of the information she provided to be deliberately misleading. I will never deal with this organisation again nor will any of my associates. Absolutely appalling.
