  There was a huge communication gap with the tour guide and clear instructions were missing which lead to wastage of atleast an hour at mount buller while collecting jackets and pants. She did not tell us clearly where we have to pickup the J&P. We were left with only 3 hours to enjoy. The snow at mt. buller filled the gap which otherwise would have been total waste of money. As a tour, they really need to have more friendly tour guide.

  The tour guide man told us to meet at 3.20 to back to Melbourne but he did not appear so we had to wait and I tried to call him but he reject my call. He did not give full information in English but he spoke full information in Chinese. Furthermore, when I asked to rent boots and ski package the tour guide did not approach me but he come to other Chinese tourist until I have to wait for him to come at me. Really disappointed. I'm feeling like this travel agent is exist for Chinese tourist only
